multiple disabilities. Students who attend out program are engaged in daily educational 

and therapeutic activities that accommodate their needs and advance their potential.

LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has 

been in the business for 70 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a 

continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support 

services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental 

disabilities or delays.

The Position:

Qualified candidates should have the ability to provide special education students with 

appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfil their potential for 

intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Develop/modify curriculum and 

prepare/deliver lessons according to Individualized Education Plans. Ability to work in a 

classroom, team, and group capacity. $1,000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Qualifications required: college graduate; NJ teacher of students with disabilities 

certification; experience working with students with learning disabilities.

Salary Range: $52,052 - $62,450 (Salary will be decided based on experience.)
