LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has 

been in the business for 70 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a 

continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support 

services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental 

disabilities or delays.

The Position:

The Lehmann School and The Schroth School are currently seeking Paraprofessional staff 

to work with students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities. 

Paraprofessionals work closely with our transdisciplinary team (teachers, therapists and 

nurses) to meet the goals of each individual student. Responsibilities include performing 

physical tasks (lifting, bending, pulling, pushing), assisting with personal care and daily 

living skills, and participating in students’ educational programs.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with students with disabilities in a 

school setting is preferred.

· Full time positions immediately available (Monday – Friday)

· 12 month program

· On-site child care at reduced staff rates (In Monmouth County)

Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.50

The Location:

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural 

surroundings. This position is available in both Lakewood, NJ, and Ocean, NJ.
